Cancellation Policy

Client Service Guidelines At Myria Gee Beauty, we’re dedicated to creating a relaxing, high-quality experience for every guest. To help us serve you better and keep things running smoothly for all, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines before booking your appointment. ✨Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp links. To confirm your spot, we require up to a 50% deposit, which goes toward your total. For group bookings (2+ people), full payment is required in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when possible, but pre-booked clients are always prioritized. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. ✨Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. We’re happy to consider genuine emergencies with kindness—just keep us informed. ✨Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period if you're running behind. After that, a 20% late fee may apply. Arrivals 30 minutes late or more could result in a shortened or cancelled appointment to stay on schedule. Frequent lateness may affect your ability to book in advance, so please plan accordingly. ✨Payments & Pricing Remaining balances are due after your service and can be paid by POS, bank transfer, or cash. Prices may vary depending on the service, hair/nail length, or custom requests. Any changes in price will be communicated prior to your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed window. ✨Getting Ready for Your Appointment Please arrive with clean, ready-to-work-on hair, nails, or lashes unless you’ve booked a removal or wash/loosening add-on. We reserve the right to decline service for any hygiene-related issues or medical conditions such as infections, scalp wounds, or nail fungus, etc. ✨Guests & Children We aim to create a calm space for everyone, so we kindly ask that you come alone unless otherwise arranged in advance. ✨Frequent Cancellations Clients who miss or cancel three appointments consecutively without notice may be restricted from booking for at least 3 months. ✨Waitlist If your preferred time is fully booked, you can join our waitlist. We’ll reach out if a spot opens up.
