  • Can I modify my order after I've placed it?
    YES, As long as your prior order has not been processed, you can request to add products to the order by contacting us with your order number. Happy Shopping!
  • Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
    We try to get your items to you as soon as possible, and because of that you can't cancel orders once they have been fulfilled. A cancellation prior to fulfillment attracts a 10% charge of the order (excluding shipping fees) to cover the costs incurred from processing your order. We apologize for any inconveniences.
  • I'm missing item(s) in my order
    OH NO!, Please send us an email within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a list of missing items. Please make sure to include a picture of the items you did receive. We will get back to you ASAP. We apologize for any inconveniences.
  • I recieved damaged/broken item(s) in my order
    OH NO!, Your package must have had an extra bumpy ride. Please send an email to with a picture of your broken/damaged items, along with your order number within 2 days of recieving the order. We will get back to you and resolve the issue ASAP! We apologise for any inconveniences.
  • Returns
    All cosmetic items (lip gloss, lip balm, etc.) are ineligible for returns once opened due to sanitary reasons. If the products are still in their original packaging, please reach out to us here, and we'll get you all sorted out. We apologize for any inconvenience.
  • Can item(s) bought with a coupon be returned?
    Products bought at a discounted rate can't be returned. That also goes for items bought during BLACK FRIDAY sales and SPECIAL sales. We apologize for any inconveniences.
  • Can my coupon(s) expire?
    While some things like our love for you lasts forever, coupons(discount codes) come with an expiration date at the time they are issued. Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any sales or discounts that maybe live on our site as at the time the order is placed.
  • Can I use more than one coupon?
    While you can combine a coupon and a gift card to complete your order at checkout, only one coupon can be used per order. We apologise for any inconveniences.
  • How do I redeem a coupon code?
    At checkout, you will be asked if you have a coupon code. Type in the coupon code and the discount will be automatically applied to the order

    If you order destination is Abuja, you can opt for the express delivery and have it delivered in 2-24 hours (if the order is placed before 2pm WAT). If the destination is outside Abuja, and the order is urgent, please contact us and we would love to assist you the best way we can.
  • What are ''WEEKEND DELIVERIES''?
    Weekend deliveries are orders delivered only during the weekends. We understand shipping can be pricey, with this option, we get to ship more orders at once which means lower shipping costs to you. Orders made during the weekends are not eligible for weekend deliveries till the following weekend
