We try to get your items to you as soon as possible, and because of that you can't cancel orders once they have been fulfilled.
A cancellation prior to fulfillment attracts a 10% charge of the order (excluding shipping fees) to cover the costs incurred from processing your order. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Please send an email to myriagee@gmail.com with a picture of your broken/damaged items, along with your order number within 2 days of recieving the order. We will get back to you and resolve the issue ASAP!
