SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping will only commence after payment has been made and verified.

Delivery days start counting only after payment has been verified.
Regular delivery time lines are:
Abuja (Standard delivery, Same day-2 working days)
Other States (Standard delivery 3-5 working days)
International (Express Delivery 5-7 working days)
International (Standard Delivery 10-14 working days)

Orders placed after 2PM (WAT) may be treated as “next-day” orders.

In an event that an order will be delayed due to measures beyond our control, you will be immediately notified and kept up to date with the progress of the order(s).

Please note that it may take longer to process orders during Black Friday Sales, New Product Launch, Holidays, or other Sale events. Allow 3-5 business days for order processing in such events.

Please allow 1-3 days to process worldwide deliveries(outside Nigeria) before shipping days start counting.

Return & Exchange Policies
At Myria Gee™, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have the best possible experience. Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy

All discounted and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Taxes, shipping, and logistics fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from customer selection errors, including shade, size, or product choice. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

We only process returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased directly from and fulfilled by Myria Gee™ through this website.

International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time.
Product Condition & Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons:

Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Products suspected of being opened, used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will review and resolve issues for:

Items damaged during transit

Incorrect items sent (wrong product, shade, or size)
Requirements:

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be returned within 72 hours of delivery.

Clear photo or video evidence will be required for verification

Failure to meet these timelines may result in ineligibility.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Tracking details are provided for all orders once dispatched.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete contact information (address, phone number, email,etc) provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs.

If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, re-delivery fees will apply.

If an order is cancelled after it has been returned to our warehouse, the initial shipping fees will not be refunded. A re-routing fee back to our facility may apply, and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the original order value to cover processing and handling costs.

Myria Gee™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Return Shipping Costs

If a return or replacement is approved due to damage on arrival or an error on our part, return shipping will be reimbursed upon submission of valid proof, and only via a pre-approved return method.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs will be deducted from the order credit or borne by the customer.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:

Ensure the item remains unopened and in original packaging.

Return the item with a copy of the receipt emailed to you after purchase.
All requests are subject to review and approval in line with this policy.
Policy Misuse
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges. We also reserve the right to refuse service, delay or cancel orders suspected of fraud and the likes. Any inquiries or questions can be directed to any of our socials, an email or phone call.
