Shipping & Returns SHIPPING POLICY Shipping will only commence after payment has been made and verified. Delivery days start counting only after payment has been verified. Regular delivery time lines are: Abuja (Standard delivery, Same day-2 working days) Other States (Standard delivery 3-5 working days) International (Express Delivery 5-7 working days) International (Standard Delivery 10-14 working days) Orders placed after 2PM (WAT) may be treated as “next-day” orders. In an event that an order will be delayed due to measures beyond our control, you will be immediately notified and kept up to date with the progress of the order(s). General Policy All discounted and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Taxes, shipping, and logistics fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges resulting from customer selection errors, including shade, size, or product choice. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order. We only process returns, refunds, or exchanges for items purchased directly from and fulfilled by Myria Gee™ through this website. International orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges at this time. Product Condition & Eligibility For hygiene and safety reasons: Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products suspected of being opened, used, altered, or tampered with will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Damaged or Incorrect Items We will review and resolve issues for: Items damaged during transit Incorrect items sent (wrong product, shade, or size) Requirements: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be returned within 72 hours of delivery. Clear photo or video evidence will be required for verification Failure to meet these timelines may result in ineligibility. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility Tracking details are provided for all orders once dispatched. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete contact information (address, phone number, email,etc) provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all re-shipping costs. If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability, re-delivery fees will apply. If an order is cancelled after it has been returned to our warehouse, the initial shipping fees will not be refunded. A re-routing fee back to our facility may apply, and a 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the original order value to cover processing and handling costs. Myria Gee™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. Return Shipping Costs If a return or replacement is approved due to damage on arrival or an error on our part, return shipping will be reimbursed upon submission of valid proof, and only via a pre-approved return method. For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs will be deducted from the order credit or borne by the customer. How to Request a Return or Exchange To initiate a return or exchange: Contact our support team within the required timeframe. Ensure the item remains unopened and in original packaging. Return the item with a copy of the receipt emailed to you after purchase. All requests are subject to review and approval in line with this policy. Client Service Policies At Myria Gee Beauty, we’re dedicated to creating a relaxing, high-quality experience for every guest. To help us serve you better and keep things running smoothly for all, we kindly ask that you review the following guidelines before booking your appointment. Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked through our website, Instagram, or WhatsApp links. To confirm your spot, we may require up to a 50% deposit, which goes toward your total. For group bookings (2+ people), full payment is required in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when possible, but pre-booked clients are always prioritized. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that plans change. Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. We’re happy to consider genuine emergencies with kindness—just keep us informed. Late Arrivals We allow a 15-minute grace period if you're running behind. After that, a 20% late fee may apply. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more could result in a shortened, rescheduled or cancelled appointment to stay on schedule. Frequent lateness may affect your ability to book in advance, so please plan accordingly. Payments & Pricing Remaining balances are due after your service and can be paid by POS and bank transfer. Prices may vary depending on the service, nail length, or custom requests. Any changes in price will be communicated prior to your appointment and will be reflected on your booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the allowed window. Getting Ready for Your Appointment Please arrive with clean, ready-to-work-on nails or lashes unless you’ve booked a removal add-on. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with any hygiene-related concerns or medical conditions, including but not limited to infections, open wounds, or nail fungus. In such cases, any deposit paid will be forfeited, as this policy is disclosed prior to booking. Guests & Children We aim to create a calm space for everyone, so we kindly ask that you come alone unless otherwise arranged in advance. Frequent Cancellations Clients who miss or cancel three appointments consecutively without notice may be restricted from booking for at least 3 months. Waitlist If your preferred time is fully booked, you can join our waitlist. We’ll reach out if a spot opens up. Policy Misuse We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges.
